2. Description of bright lcd screen
CH280QV10-CT is a 2.8 inch (portrait) 240*320 dots color TFT (Thin
Film Transistor) LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) module, including a
tft lcd panel, a control IC, a backlight, a capacitive touch panel
and an FPC.
ILI9341 is used as the control IC of this module, which is mounted
on the glass and interconnected with other display components
through FPC.
4pcs parallel white LEDs are installed in the backlight assembly,
which enables a luminance of 280 cd/m2 in the display area.
This touch panel type is a capacitive touch panel (CTP), which uses
the FT6236 as the driver IC for the CTP, and is interconnected with
other components through the I2C interface.
FPC can be re-customized according to customer requirements,
including FPC shape structure, interface definition, etc.
