2. Description of Tft Lcd Module
CH240QV22C is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT)
liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a
switching device. This model is composed of a TFT LCD panel, a
driving IC, a back-light, and FPC.
The Tft Lcd module has a 2.4 (vertical screen) inch diagonally
measured active display area with 240*320 resolution, uses ST7789
as the driver IC of the module, and the backlight components
include 4 parallel white LCE lamp beads, which enables TFT The LCD
module produces a backlight brightness of 300 cd/m2.
In addition, FPC can also be customized according to customer
requirements, such as modifying back-light and CTP structure,
interface definition, etc.
